Menu I - Unique Persons
- Reception Gin and Tonic, Port Wine, White Wine, Orange Juice and Water;
- Solid Appetizers: Codfish Cakes, Meat Rissoles, Samosas, Meatball, Sliced ??Ham accompanied by pieces of Cheese and Cornbread, bread, butter and olives;
- Consommé Vegetable Cream with croutons; Carrot Cream with toasted almonds or Caldo Verde (Portuguese green soup)
- Hot Dishes | Options
- Fish:
- Fragrated Cod on a bed of greens, cornbread gratin, smashed potatoes with salt and olive oil;
- Hake fillets with primavera rice.
- Meat:
- Roast Pork Loin, accompanied by roast potatoes, creamed spinach tartlet and basmati rice.
- Roast Turkey Thigh in the oven with roast potatoes, basmati rice and sautéed vegetables.
- Christmas Buffet: French toast, sponge cake, chocolate cake, pudding, red fruit cheesecake and sliced ??fruit.
