Reception - Port Wine Reception

Starters -Vegetable Samosa, Meat Croquette, Sliced ??Ham, Cheese Chunks, Cornbread, Bread and Butter,

Soup - Caldo Verde (Portuguese green soup),

Main Course - Herança Magna Cod, oven-baked with cornbread, smashed potatoes and sautéed greens with garlic,

Dessert - French toast drizzled with Port wine sauce and a cinnamon stick,
