Introducing our menus for Christmas 2025! Another year filled with fun, unique decorations, and menus to suit all tastes. We have capacity for up to 600 people in a unique space where the fun can last as long as you want. We create tailor-made proposals for your private event; contact us.   Menu I - Unique Persons Reception Gin and Tonic, Port Wine, White Wine, Orange Juice and Water; Solid Appetizers: Codfish Cakes, Meat Rissoles, Samosas, Meatball, Sliced ??Ham accompanied by pieces of Cheese and Cornbread, bread, butter and olives; Consommé Vegetable Cream with croutons; Carrot Cream with toasted almonds or Caldo Verde (Portuguese green soup) Hot Dishes | Options Fish: Fragrated Cod on a bed of greens, cornbread gratin, smashed potatoes with salt and olive oil; Hake fillets with primavera rice. Meat: Roast Pork Loin, accompanied by roast potatoes, creamed spinach tartlet and basmati rice. Roast Turkey Thigh in the oven with roast potatoes, basmati rice and sautéed vegetables. Christmas Buffet: French toast, sponge cake, chocolate cake, pudding, red fruit cheesecake and sliced ??fruit. Barnum's Sangria, White and Red Port Wine, Sparkling Wine with Cassis and Orange Juice. 8:45 PM New Year's Dinner, Table Service Starter Served at the table: "A Million Dreams" Salad,puff pastry with black pudding and apple accompanied by cherry tomatoes, arugula, lettuce and onion, feta cheese, olives and oregano, with Greek yogurt and balsamic dressing. "The Other Side" Soup , Carrot Cream with cream topping and toasted almonds. "Come On Home" Fish Course, Cod loin accompanied by Port wine onion sauce, fragrant rustic potatoes and sautéed greens. "Never Enough" Meat Course, Veal steak with mushroom sauce, accompanied by fragrant basmati rice and peas with creamed spinach. Final dessert of the dinner "Beautiful Noise", Red Berry Cheesecake. Dessert buffet (after midnight): Sliced ??Fruit, Cheeses, toast and jam, Apple Pie, Chocolate Mousse, French Pudding and French Toast.
